Dermal fillers are a very adaptable aesthetic treatment. They can be used to target individual areas like the lips or the cheeks, or we can use them to target multiple areas of the face, in one appointment, as part of a full face rejuvenation.
A full face rejuvenation, sometimes known as a non surgical facelift, is an effective way to treat the look of an ageing face. There are many benefits to using dermal fillers in this way.
Dermal fillers offer quick and predictable results. Not only do they restore lost volume, but they also add structure to the face. In addition, because they contain hyaluronic acid, they are great for boosting the skin’s hydration levels. Skin that is hydrated will look and feel healthier.
Where can fillers be injected to lift the face?
Using dermal fillers to lift and contour the face requires experience. I begin by assessing my patients’ facial features so that I can create an individual treatment plan. No two faces are the same, and we all age differently. Some patients may experience mid-face volume loss, others will have lost definition in the lower face, the jawline, jowls or around the mouth area.
It takes a certain amount of skill to be able to precisely lift and rejuvenate the face with dermal filler treatment. The areas I can inject include the cheeks, nasolabial folds, marionette lines, chin, jawline, tear trough, temples and lips.
Most of the patients I see don’t need all of these areas injected to achieve a more youthful look, but will need to have the fillers expertly placed in areas where they have experienced volume loss.
Combining treatments for even better results
By combining your non surgical facelift with other treatments, we can get even better results.
Anti-wrinkle injections are a popular treatment to have alongside dermal fillers. We can also add rejuvenating skin treatments into your treatment plan like polynucleotides or chemical peels, which can take your skin health to another level.
If you are wanting to treat skin that has become loose, lax or is sagging, we can combine your dermal filler treatment with RadioFrequency Microneedling and HIFU (high intensity focused ultrasound).
If we are combining treatments to achieve your desired anti-ageing results, you will require multiple appointments. If this is something you would like to consider, it is best to book a consultation, so I can explain the different treatment options, and so we can put together a treatment plan that works to provide you with the results you want to see, and fits your individual budget.
